Garden Therapy

I went to the local garden shop over the weekend, in hopes of purchasing a few more plants so that I may add them to my garden. Which has become my haven-no doubt-for anyone who understands the impact of a personalized outdoor space. I mean, I do visit gardens in parks, and walk past home front gardens or partial views of some through neighborhoods I can only dream of living. But there is nothing better than the art of creating a garden that you hope the birds, and butterflies and bees would visit often. The idea of it all makes me smile…in the most peaceful manner imaginable.

Cottage Feel For The Spirit

I traded in my 2800square foot home in the suburbs for a studio apartment in the city by the bay-San Francisco. Simply because I enjoy the cottage feel of a small space. I call it my artists loft. Which by the way, is all neutral in décor with pops of color – all in line with the coastal living vibe. So you can imagine how this home grabbed my attention and hence the need to share here.

Travel Series – Reinstated

When I initially started this blog, it was simply to share all things travel. However, as we all know, 2020 put an unpredictable pause on the best form of escapism mankind has ever known. Fast forward to the present, and I am happy to report that the RS&S travel series is back, not just due to popular demand, but also to keep my head in the clouds while I navigate through some challenging times. Here’s how I escape during a distressing situation: Exploring the small villages perched along the shores of the Greek islands. Discovering Ireland one castle at a time Spending hours in a Parisian cafe with breathtaking views Paying homage to Piazza Navona (Rome) for inspiring me to write my first novel Switzerland…need I say more How do you escape?
