Lifestyle: Planning – Not Soon Enough

The older I get the more I rethink about retiring. Meaning to say, that when I was younger, I spoke of retirement all the time, wishing I could do it in my twenties. But that would have required me to create an app or hit the jackpot somehow to make it happen. Apps were not a thing then, and jackpots, well let’s just say, it’s a million to 1 chance. Now that I’ve had sometime to rethink my future – I feel as though the closer I get to retirement the more I cherish working. Of course, only because I love my current job.  But believe me if that weren’t the case, where I enjoyed my day-to-day at work, I would certainly consider retiring in one of these amazing destinations. Benefits of Drinking Tea

A few weeks ago I made a switch to tea. Let me clarify – I do this several times a year. Meaning to say I stop drinking coffee and go for the tea variation from my collection from around the globe. Some I’ve brought home from my trips abroad and others from store bought.  What I am hoping for is that I don’t relaps back to coffee by the end of the year and feel the need to once again, reset the ‘tea drinking ritual’. And  here is what I found: Tea has less caffeine than coffee – which works best for anyone with hypertension.  Tea contains antioxidants – which as we know is very beneficial to our functionality Tea may reduce your risk of heart attack or stroke – Again something to consider for those having to deal with high blood pressure and risk of heart related diseases. Tea may help protect your bones …

Struggles With Anxiety Are Real

I do struggle with anxiety and for the longest time I was in denial or thinking It would go away after all the normal stress of every-day life diminishes, or that I can fix all the things that give me anxious. But recently I’ve been up every night worrying, and even having trouble breathing more often than not, and the thought of having too much on my plate all the time is certainly taking it’s toll on my body. I can feel it. Funny thing is the internet knows what topics to send my way, even if I don’t research that very subject while online, it shows up just in time, or perhaps I just notice it from the corner of my eye when I am looking for something else. Either way, here’s one that lists the different feelings of anxiety and I am curious to know how many of you can relate – men and women – even if the article is directed to ‘girls’ anxiety is something all of us feel at some …

Food: You Had Me At Peanut Noodle and Lime
