Food: What To Eat For A Good Night Sleep

Believe it or not I’ve tried these tricks or suggestions – right before bed, I sometimes feel the need to snack and before I used to indulge in a piece of chocolate, or sometimes even a  cookie – but after finding this list of foods to help in getting a good night sleep, I have been testing out the theory…and it works:

Almonds

lettuce

 

Bananas

Natural yogurt or any diary product your stomach tolerates

Baked Sweet Potato
