Fashion: What To Wear on Vacation

Summer is nearly here – the 21/22 of June to be exact and the vacation travel as we know it is in full swing.  With that bit of wonderful reality (I am hoping for a week in a tropical destination late July or early August) comfy wear is what I am aiming for the entire two weeks I take refuge somewhere beachy to recharge and establish a plan of action for my life:

Fashion week, whether  in New York, Paris, London, Milan and more, is one naturally most of us tune into, anxiously waiting to see what the new styles and suggestions are. From it all I can’t decide if Spring/Summer or Fall/Winter is my favorite. In any case, here are some of my favorites all bundled and one click away from a more detailed look.

month in a nutshell

The month of April, almost over, was the busiest month for me, even though I thought last year this month was, when one of my favorite people got married. Although I spend the month, rekindling family get togethers, bridal showers, business lunches and company after work happy hours, not to mention moving friends across the state,  I had enough time to think about what I foresee in the near future – meaning the next 6 months remaining for 2013, for myself. I had set goals, like everyone else at the beginning of the year and one by one, the daily challenges, altered my course or direction.  However, I haven’t forgotten what I needed to do still and so, I wrap up this month with a laundry list of things yet to achieve. 1. Since I am one who commutes to work every day on the San Francisco Muni, I often look around the train to get a feel for how women dress while going to work. Although, in this part of the continent, we have traded in the suits for a “tasteful” semi-casual look, often times women over 40 tend to dress inappropriately even from the fashion point of view. What would you consider your look and tell me why?
