First event I will be attending this spring is a bridal shower for a friend of a friend, who is very dear to me. She invited me to her wedding in June, with a bridal shower scheduled sometime in April. And although it might be too soon… This outfit is what I plant to wear – from head to toe – to her somewhat formal and whimsical bridal shower.

Two things dictated how I wanted to dress for New Year’s Eve this year. Top priority was comfort and the second, dressy but casual. So I opted for pants, then a simple sequined top, followed by strappy shoes which would give me enough support to last throughout the night and a simple pair of earings to accessorize. Even though we don’t have a “true” Summer in San Francisco, I still feel the need to add color to my wardrobe during our bleakest (foggy) Summer days just to cheer myself up.
