I hope your weekends were grand and that you had a chance to decompress from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Perhaps your Monday is just beginning where in other places it’s nearing bedtime or beyond. But since I live in San Francisco, and my day is just beginning, as usual with the commuter train experiencing delays, I sit in my car near the station and list down all the beautiful things I want to share with all of you this week.
Had I paid attention to the fact, fashion is a recycle of trends, I would have stored all of my clothes from the 90’s until it was back in style. But instead, I was too glad to get rid of it all – hating the style back then. Well now, some of those pieces are back and strangely enough, have been added to my wish list for when we experience the San Francisco version of Fall, also known as Indian Summer. {photo source}
Trending right now are these easy-comfy wears for work plus a dress for a romantic dinner out from here
Seriously it is very difficult to look past the 109 degree temps holding steady where I have been hiding these days from my life. But, fashion has to be viewed months or seasons in advance, and Michael Kors seems to be as always on point with his vision:
Inspired by The Londoner Look for the mild Fall-Winter Season in San Francisco.

When you live in a city like San Francisco, it’s really difficult to tell when the seasons change. Unless of course you are completely in-tuned with nature. Either way, Autumn has become one of my favorite seasons and one that I look forward to, almost secretly. Autumn is an inspiring season for many reasons: photo credits and merchandise information: photo 1 – click here: photo 2 – click here: photo 3 – click here and here: photo 4 click here: photo 5 – click here
There is something to be said about a great fitting pair of jeans, a gray t-shirt and a pair of the sexiest designer shoes. It’s funny how far accessorizing a simple pair of blue jeans has come, and because of that I have included my favorite selection of designer shoes to compliment my collection of jeans. Well, of course I had to throw in my favorite bag as well 🙂 which I plan to duplicate. 1. 7 for all mankind midrise bootcut USD160 2. James Perse drapped neck cotton jersey USD95 3. I sometimes wonder what it would be like to live in a fashion conscious city like New York and dress like the Sex In The City cast? Don’t get me wrong, San Francisco is somewhat fashion trendy, but it is so mostly on conservative color choices. Perhaps because of our year long dreary weather, we tend to stick to blacks and grays and rarely walk about the city in fuschia, orange hues or bright yellows, well maybe as a shell underneath a suit. This fall, I am longing to add some gold, blood red orange, deep yellows and different shades of green to my wardrobe and hopefully set a new standard for myself no matter how black and gray the choices are all around me. So, for the new objective at hand and the baby steps to get there , I have put together an outfit from here, which I plan to duplicate for the impending fall season. 1.Bottega Veneta Lace Cummberbund dress 2600 2.
