Although we seldom have a real summer in San Francisco, us locals make it a point to escape the fog and cold by heading to inland. Whether the wine country, a picnic by the river, even Lake Tahoe, we leave town to get our fair dose of sun and summer weather. And since I am a planner, here’s what I am thinking for this summer attire – neutrals and interchangeable accessories
Beyond every boy I knew ages ago, wearing Paco Rabanne cologne, I assumed the fashion was only geared for men’s wear. But this article proved me wrong, or perhaps even a bit ignorant in terms of all things encompassing fashion, in this case – Bohemian meets Gypsy awesomeness Paco Rabanne Fall 2019 fashion.
I love it when the weather is pleasant enough to be outdoors, on a weekday walking the streets of downtown San Francisco or just admiring those online – around the world – with the simplest fashion sense and ones I welcome for my tech-business casual style and wardrobe. {source here, here, here}
Spring is just around the corner, and I couldn’t be happier. Sure, winter has its benefits, or beauty, but Springtime is…well simply amazing – where there is still some crispness to the air in the early morning hours, and perhaps light showers mid-morning, all leading to the best days ahead. And with the idea of Spring, a closet rotation is in order…
Let me strut my stuff across the red carpet at the Oscars in one of these beautifully designed gowns from Zuhair Murad for Spring 2019 collection, and I’ll show you celebrity like you’ve never seen before. 🙂 Just kidding – the part about me being a celebrity or like you’ve never seen before – the collection however, is on point and I am hopeful some celebrity has snagged a gown or two for their choice of attire on February 24. Can you guess which is my favorite? Or yours for that matter.
I have to say I miss my corporate life – but only for the fashion – where I dressed the part, coordinating and styling every business casual ensemble, kind of like this local blogger I’ve admired for years for her fashion sense.
January gave us all the much needed break from the stress of gifting, and now that we’ve all recovered well 😉 – let us proceed to the Valentine’s Day frenzy of finding the perfect gift for the woman in search of a winter coat or jacket to add to her collection:
Online shopping is too much fun if you ask me and for sure a little dangerous, in that, the moment you find something you want, the retailer claims the item you are about to abandon in the shopping cart, is the last one (in the whole of the universe it seems like)– so you whip out your credit card, key it in, and hit buy quickly – sometimes too many times within a week or a month – hopeful that the items that sparked an interest from online is even better tangible.
