Food: Dinners For The Week

One Month and I am definitely over the hump – meaning no more craving carbs and sugar. And the funny thing is – this new lifestyle change has me searching for better ways to eat and this is what I’ve come up with for this week’s dinner plans:

I had this dish Sunday night – and I couldn’t be happier
Monday: Shrimp and zucchini pasta
Tuesday: Cheese shell tacos –
Wednesday: Avocado Salmon
Thursday: Chicken Encilada

 

Friday: Cauliflower pizza
