Food: Dinner Tonight – Buttered Wild Mushroom Pasta

My body is a temple and I listen to it wholeheartedly, especially when it craves…PASTA!

Here’s what’s happening for dinner tonight:


  • 3/4 pound tagliatelle or other long cut pasta
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound mixed wild mushrooms
  • kosher salt and pepper
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 cup fresh basil, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped sage
  • 3/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup shaved manchego cheese
