I’m on it! Since I have nachos practically once a week. I usually make my own version at home. You know, the typical ground beef or shredded chicken, black bean, Mexican cheese, yogurt instead of sour cream, diced tomatoes and green onions. We love it! It’s easy, quick and a fun meal. Love the crunchy taste of the tortilla chips against all the mushiness on top. Better than pizza (wait) I have to think about that one.
