Food: The Benefits of Turmeric

Ancient spices have been a part of my family life for generations. I know this because all of our recipes were/are handed down from my great grandmother, to my grandmother, aunts and to my mother, and I have to say I am doing my best to incorporate what I’ve learned  into even  healthier versions of their take on our traditional meals.  So, I was excited to find this recipe with Turmeric roasted carrot soup.
