I don’t know about you but I felt the stars lacked a certain glamour at this year’s Oscars. Opting for a more relaxed look instead, as if dressing up for a formal cocktail gathering at the Met. Perhaps a fund-raiser or…yeah just that.

With that said, I found it very easy to pin-point old Hollywood glamour as that is what I associate the Oscars with.

Cate Blanchett hit it out of the park Wearing an Armani Privé dress, Giuseppe Zanotti shoes, and a Roger Vivier clutch

Saoirse Ronan Wearing a custom Calvin Klein Collection dress and Chopard jewels – youthful appropriate

Sofia Vergada in Marchesa – the style on point, the color she’s used before. Although I can’t see this gown in any other color

Kelly Ripa in Dennis Baso – I actually adore this look – even if it isn’t glamorous enough
