Home Decor At Its Best

I went on my normal or usual walk on Saturday across the city, towards Pacific Heights, and as always, marveled at the beautiful architecture and renovation projects taking shape in the neighborhood. One home in particular that stood out was the same I saw in a magazine, showcasing the perfect interior renovation – which I often do wonder about – the inside of each home and choice of design and decor. And here’s a glimpse into the interior of this wonderfully old Victorian home turned modern on the inside. On the weekends you can find me walking across the city, mostly from my home in the avenues/outer sunset to Pacific Heights and I do so of course for exercise, but mostly for the love of architecture, and the perfectly manicured landscapes. While walking I always imagine the interior of some of the homes, or let’s be honest, all of the homes of the rich and some famous folks that live or own the properties in the area. And of course, my prayers were answered with the interiors of this 39M home – yes you read it right – 39 Million dollar home in the city with views of that famous bridge of ours ;). I’ll see if I can borrow a cup of sugar…

I walk through Pacific Heights every chance I get. Mostly on an early Sunday morning – I climb up and down the hills and walk from one end of the city to the other end through the prestigious neighborhood in my city. Mostly admiring the exterior of every single home perched along the avenues. Not only the style of homes are a great conversation piece while getting a pretty good workout, but they are also an inspiration for anyone needing to escape the norm or planning on renovating their home. For me, I always wonder what the inside looks like, or which designer created their work of art in terms of decor.
