Patriotic Ensemble

I am not one to dress symbolically, but on occasion will throw in accessories which are a subtle reminder of a national celebration. Happy 4th of July to all who celebrate the holiday. choosing the right special occasion shoes

In fashion, not every style or design looks good in every color, so when shopping for  a special occasion gown or shoes (in this case) it is always good to consider the color while choosing the style. Let me know what you think about the examples below, which color looks better on the style of shoe? a pair of jeans and a closet full of designer shoes

There is something to be said about a great fitting  pair of jeans, a gray t-shirt and a pair of the sexiest designer shoes.  It’s funny how far accessorizing a simple pair of blue jeans has come,  and because of that I have included my favorite selection of designer shoes to compliment my collection of jeans.  Well, of course I had to throw in my favorite bag  as well 🙂 which I plan to duplicate. 1. 7 for all mankind midrise bootcut USD160 2. fall 2011: grey and tan fashion statement

I sometime have trouble following fashion and end up putting my own style together based on my favorite colors. I don’t think it’s weird, I just enjoy being a bit unique and with having lived in a city  like San Francisco, unique in fashion is the only way to be. Ok, so I do know it’s a bit early for those of you smoldering in heat, but here in San Francisco, we actually dream of warm clothes in the middle of summer because it is freezing cold the entire season. With that, I have put together one of my favorite attires from here, which I plan to duplicate this coming fall.     1.Rick Owens Lilies Belted neopprene jersey Jacket 1345 – 2. Calvin Klein Collection cashmere and silk blend turtleneck 1450 – 3. Ray Ban Cat Eye Frame acetate glasses 130 – 4. muberry bayswater leather bag 1050 – 5. Kenneth Jay Lane 22K gold plated Link bracelet 150 – 6. Jimmy Choo blend leopard print pumps 795

fall 2011 shoe mishaps

Although summer officially started today or yesterday depending on which calendar you look at, but fashion, as we know it runs on a different calendar. So I couldn’t help but take a peek and out of all the shoes, I came up with a list of the worst I have found so far. I think the only inspiration for some of 2011 shoe fashion is Lady Gaga. I have one question, what ever happened to safety, sensibility and sophistication? {for reference: http://www.saksfifthavenue.com}

inspirational outfits for spring 2011 – my picks

We all know most women flip through magazines and retail or designer websites in hopes of getting the insight on putting outfits together. While some, without a second guess, order the suggested ensemble pieced together  by the fashion industry, others, with a more creative flare,  find ways to duplicate the suggestion. I happen to do both. Anyway, In light of the subject, I  have decided to put together inspirational outfits which, I will either purchase “as is” or try to duplicate this coming Spring. valentino shoes for spring 2011

Designer shoes are not only inspirational but in essence have a way of making  a woman feel sexy no matter how emotionally unstable she may be on the inside. (Ladies, I say that with love). In light of this subject, I can honestly say I am not partial to any particular designer, I am however particular to the actual design and functionality of a shoe.  So, here we go, first stop Valentino Shoes and since I seem to have trouble with choosing just a few pairs of  the Valentino shoe collection  for Spring 2011, I have decided to include some of my absolute favorites and offer you a link to the website here, just in case you want to go crazy.
