decor: bedroom escapes
Lately, I’ve been spending so much of my time working on my third novel. I normally prefer to sit in bed and type away until I can’t feel my legs anymore and need to get up. For that I am considering a bedroom makeover – since half the battle of being inspired to write, is being in the right place.
french apartment decor to copy even in bits and pieces
When I move to Paris, which is my not so long goal, I am going to recreate this exact decor I’ve borrowed to share from here . They say diamonds are a girls best friend, well in my case, glamorous decor is mine. Tres chic!
french films – and why i love them
I wrote a piece about French films here and it was one of the most viewed entries I’ve had in the history of my movie blog. I had no idea so many people are interested in French films, or perhaps I am a little out of touch. But I have to say I do watch French films, almost nightly, appreciating them in a ‘French’ sort of way :). Here’s one I recommend for those unfamiliar with French films – Mood Indigo. Although corky, the film is truly wonderful, amazing cinematography, great actors and everything French just as I like it. Read this article also, if you want to explore more films. Then let me know what you think.
my vision of an office space
I write often, mostly in-between work and play, and every other second I get to myself. I put everything that goes through my head on paper/or in this case on iPad, laptop or even cellphone. So, in my line of work (wishful thinking) there is no traditional office space, only inspirational spaces to call my office, maybe for an hour, or a day or a week. That’s how the creative juices flow – if you will. What’s your favorite spot to write?

best advise from my mother
My mother is by far the most influential person in my life,I know this more and more everyday as I grow and become wiser in all I try to do. Although sometimes my head is still in the clouds and my focus seen through rainbow-colored glasses. Always reaching for what others may perceive as impossible or unobtainable. On occasion, I still need my mother, running to her as if I were still ten, needing her to comfort me, grounding me, putting at ease all my worries and insecurities. She’s an amazing woman, my rock, my angel, her words ringing in my ears, always:
