Since downgrading my home to a comfy studio in the city, I realize the only space I miss is a home-office. Although I’ve managed to create a corner in the large studio for a desk of my own – I still feel a dedicated room for my hobbies and writing is much needed. And so the dreaming and planning begins – for such a space in a future home with a combination of these decorating ideas. {featured image source}
As if there is only one dream home in California. What I mean to say is – ONE of the many California dream homes – I needed to share this Monday morning to kick start the week – or – just for your viewing pleasure
Since I was a little girl, I have always imagined living in a house that was/is magical, in decor…
In recent years I fell in-love with a certain color – and aimed to redecorate my surroundings embracing that very color. Not so much because it was trendy, but simply because it was based on my mood that particular year. However, this past year, I realized while revamping a room or two throughout the house, that I have remained loyal to the same hues (soft blue-gray, pastels, neutrals, and metallic) and simply mixed and matched them into my own unique decor style. Perhaps mostly because I live by the water, those colors tend to blend the inside into the outdoors. What’s your decor color theme?

So I decided to search for options to consider once the ones I’ve had for a bit wither away. Here’s the list: Have you any suggestions of plants that have survived in your environment.Do share. {featured image source}

I’ve got the urge or need to make a few changes around the house and these suggestions are some I felt the need to share as usual:
I walk through Pacific Heights every chance I get. Mostly on an early Sunday morning – I climb up and down the hills and walk from one end of the city to the other end through the prestigious neighborhood in my city. Mostly admiring the exterior of every single home perched along the avenues. Not only the style of homes are a great conversation piece while getting a pretty good workout, but they are also an inspiration for anyone needing to escape the norm or planning on renovating their home. For me, I always wonder what the inside looks like, or which designer created their work of art in terms of decor. So you can imagine my excitement when I stumbled upon this article, showcasing the interior of a Pacific Heights home in the city. Check out what I mean:
