- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/4 cup milk I used 2%
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 cup provolone cheese shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
