Lifestyle: Health and Aging Muscles

The past three months or even more, I’ve been on the go – working long hours, not sleeping well, nor eating healthy, and exercise has been put on hold, unless you consider driving back and forth to the country as exercise.  I realize just the other day while at Trader Joe’s, how unhealthy I feel, physically and emotionally. Thinking that perhaps I needed  a week or so just being disconnected from everything.  And of course the next five articles just happened to pop up in my social network – network if you will 🙂
