I love this article, which offers up some easy ideas to make what I call a universal New Year resolution/challenge if you will. I am excited since all the suggestions are totally doable. Except perhaps the cutting down on the sugar part – which I am working on finding ways to do just that. For that stay tuned. Otherwise, let do this thing together!

Skipping the screen before bedtime is something I’ve practiced for as long as I can remember. I opt for a chapter or two of a paperback instead, with a calming cup of tea.

standing up every 20-30 minutes especially at work used to upset my previous boss. He considered me antsy, little did he know that I was ahead of the game in what’s become a trend now – standing up desks.

The most difficult is avoiding sugar at all cost. This is probably the top thing on my new year resolution. I have to figure out how to AVOID sugar

Invest in bedding is suggestion four on the list – and the only way to do that – is research, trial, and buying quality bedding

break for lunch is second on my 2017 resolution list. I used to take lunch every day, but haven’t for over a year. Not a good practice for healthy living and thinking I can assure you

Taking the stairs is highly recommended from most health advocates. One I diligently do every day

apparently breathing is key and if you can’t learn it in Yoga, then try listening to mediation music and close your eyes at the start of your day and just exhale/inhale

Someone told me the other day I’ve began to age and I realized it was because the past year, I’ve stayed mostly to myself which for sure adds to it
