Over Valentine’s weekend, the hubs and I drove across the Golden Gate Bridge heading to nowhere specific. First stop was in Sausalito for the best Huevos Rancheros I could ask for.

Since then, I’ve craved the dish almost every morning. But the last couple of weeks have been too insanely busy  for me to make a proper breakfast or lunch or dinner for that matter.
