This one is ideal since the plates are removal and easy to clean, and the fact you can open it flat, means you can multi-cook. This is added to my own personal holiday shopping list.
Emily Henry Ceramic Stovetop Oval Stew Pot on sale USD200 – I happen to love and own a few pieces. It’s not Crueset, but it is very well made and the fact it’s ceramic – it goes along with the healthy cooking line.
Nespresso Vertuoline Coffee & Espresso Maker on sale USD139. I first fell in love with Nespresso machines in my hotel rooms in Paris and for a few years now vowed to get my own personal espresso machine. Once I found the very exact one in my hotel. Well now this one comes very close. Less the frills of frothing and steaming and all the gadgets I don’t normally need. I just needed an espresso machine.
Zwilling Spirit Stainless-Steel Ceramic Nonstick on sale USD129. So far the best I found of ceramic nonstick cooking pot sold also separately in 6Quart and 8Quart sizes. Can’t ask for a better pot.
