Recipe: Eggs and Roasted Tomatoes

Every Saturday morning I dedicate to working on my novel. I wake up at six in the morning, make a pot of tea and sit in bed and type away. Around ten is when I get hungry enough to eat. So I normally make myself two eggs over easy and roasted tomatoes, lightly sprinkled Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

I consider taking a photo and sharing the recipe with all of you, but I get lazy. So you can imagine my excitement when I found  this recipe online to share instead:
