One of my favorite designers, Bottega Veneta, lucky for me, has a boutique on Union Square, so I often times walk by and admire everything so perfectly hung or arranged through the store. Here’s a look at some of my favorites from the early fall collection

When I was growing up, the children of my generation (or perhaps just the ones in our extended families) weren’t allowed to ask questions, seek answers, nor challenge any decision our elders made on our behalf. So, even though that was the case, I occasionally, challenged the rules, the decisions, and stood up for what I believed in and while being ‘rebellious’ the only thing I ever heard from every woman in my family – be it my mom, grandmothers and aunts and a few much older cousins is: And now, over 40 and still growing, everything is slowly making more sense than I had ever imagined possible. What was my rush? I should have listened. 😉

There is something I definitely miss about the home I owned three ago in the suburbs, far from the foggy coast of San Francisco. The fact I could sit outdoors in my beautiful backyard every Spring, Summer or Fall and just daydream. {photo inspiration from here}
Oh what I’d give to be able to spontaneously pack a bag and run away to the Amalfi Coast in Italy, and if I were able to do that right now, I would hide away at Casa Angelina the entire time.
Wouldn’t it be amazing if we could have floating candles for the fourth of July celebrations in the U.S.?
